Researching a property using online mapping and other tools to discover sunrise and sunset times and directions relative to a location helps us both make decisions about when to photograph. Likewise, keeping up to date on weather forecasts helps make shoots go quickly and easily.

Staged or well prepped homes can benefit from "lifestyle" photography in addition to principal photography. Often times these images help describe the feeling of a home and connect prospective buyers when they attend a showing.
