Two still photography packages cover most properties needs, but of course working with you to achieve the visual needs of you and your clients is what we always do. Quick Coverage Shoot
The Quick Coverage Shoot offers a 2 - 3 1/2 hr daytime location (exterior and interior) shoot of medium sized (1000 to 2000sqft) residential properties located in western Los Angeles1. The Quick Coverage Shoot is perfect for real estate agents that need to show off a single family home, condo, or apartment. The shoot supplies you with up to 20 interior shots + up to 5 exterior at a very competitive per shot rate. Additional shots at a per shot fee. 360 Degree Digital Walkthroughs and Virtual Staging is also available as part of this package for an additional fee.
- Shoots of 10 or less shots can be arranged but require a "Location Fee" in addition to the per shot rate.".
- Return or multiple visits, including those due to the property not being ready for photography, access availability, or for unacceptable weather when advised of it, may have an additional Location Fee added.
- Dusk or night images are billed at a per shot rate and will have a Location Fee added if they require a return visit to capture. If you are interested in these shots let us known when we are booking a shoot. We can generally time the shoot so that we finish with dusk shots, thus avoiding a return visit / Location Fee.
All shots are processed to correct for color, exposure, and optical distortions2.
Images are internet-ready JPG's delivered electronically to you normally in 24 hrs or less after the shoot. (High Res files included at no charge upon request)
The Quick Coverage Shoot images are sold as a "buy out". You own the images outright (YoungStudios retains the rights to use, unless otherwise agreed upon before the start of photography, any of the images for self-promotion.) and can use them in anyway you like.
360 Degree Digital Walkthroughs of residential and commercial properties are now available3. YoungStudios has teamed up with Matterport, the premier data platform for digitized 3D Walk-throughs. Digitally "walk through" and "look around" any space, or view from the outside and rotate it along any axis to see it from any perspective.
Floor Plans are available3 (require Matterport) showing interior dimensions and total structure square footage.
Virtual Staging is now available3 for residential or commercial properties. Working with the premier service in this technology we can get you the absolute highest quality at the best cost savings.

Full Coverage Shoot
The Full Coverage Shoot is perfect for Real Estate agents, Architects, Designers and Builders that need to showcase larger properties in the western Los Angeles area1. Including not only multiple shots per room, but details including staircases and fine carpentry, kitchen and bath fixtures, pool / hot tub areas and other out buildings. Dusk / night shots are also available3.
The Full Coverage Shoot supplies you with 30 or more images that have been precisely color, exposure, and optically (vertical / horizontal lines) corrected, along with minor retouching2 of any building / paint / landscape flaws as pointed out at the time of the shoot.
Images are internet-ready JPG's delivered electronically to you normally in 36 hrs or less after the shoot. (High Res files included at no charge upon request)

Videography
We are now producing beautiful short, typically 30 seconds to one minutes long, video montages from still images shot during a property shoot. Keeping videos short and snappy keeps viewers engaged and are perfect for social media and your own website. Videos include custom opening and closing credits that include your logo and contact information, as well as a description of the featured property and its details. Each video includes background music to fit the feel of the property. The completed video is delivered to you as a full HD / High-Res MP4 file ready for upload to YouTube, Vimeo or other on-line hosing sites. We can of course process the video to any settings your host requires. Video generally requires an additional 48hrs production time.
